Reflux

Dinner will consist of: 1/4 or large wedge from a head of cabbage
3 celery ribs
1 cucumber
1 cup spinach
2 green apples
1/2″ ginger (or fennel or parsley)

I will get back with you and let you know how it works out: Looking forward to a little relief on this acide/GERD pain. I will no longer have just cabbage and apple, I will have the ingredients  listed above. So, stay tuned!

I have not uploaded a video in a long time, so maybe I am nearing a video.
