Day 6

Today marks day #6, I for sure woke up at 5a and felt pretty well. So, I decided to head out to the track and run/walk three miles. Now I can feel some exhaustion and my feet are really bothering me. So, I am going to rest my body as I know that I will feel better afterwards.

Quite sure that my body is in shock, not only have I stopped filling it with bad foods, but I have started implementing running inside of my routine. WOW

So far I have had an orange juice for breakfast and will probably have some cabbage for lunch, then greens for the rest of the day. As far as day 6, I plan to pump water into my body, my bowels have not been too regular so I plan to some hot water with lemon in it. Hopefully that can move a few things around in my belly.

After a nice warm bath, I will rest this body so that I can  allow my body to continue to adjust to all of the changes that are being made right now.
