Day 2-Plant Based

Hello All:

Today was a good day on the plant based diet, can I share some true feelings? Wow, it seems a little harder than juicing because you are eating and needing to be in complete control of what you are eating. For  instance, it is important to ensure that you are eating clean on each meal and that the item is plant-based and natural. As well as fruit, it is important not to eat too much fruit as they can increase the daily calories as well. Then, finally the nuts are good to have small portions but not to eat hand fulls all throughout the day. I purposefully left the nuts home today so that I can just concentrate on the beans, mono meals(fruit), salad and drinking lots of water. Today felt very successful to me! My belly feels light and not all tight and achy.
