So last night a friend discussed the importance of getting greens in to get the full benefits of juicing. Therefore, I woke up early this morning ready to incorporate the greens.
Celery-2 lg.
Apple-1
Collards-HF (hand full)
Carrots-2 lg.
It was not as bad as I thought, I took my time and it went down very easy. There wasn't a problem with the smell, however the celery was so STRONG. I felt like I needed some sort of sweet to tone it down. I do not like the smell of Kale so I have not incorporated it so far during this fast.
