Brain Transition

So at the sixteenth day my mind is transitioning on things that I should and should not eat once my fast ends. Of course I am loving the way my clothes are fitting therefore I do not want to gain my weight back. I have heard that you will gain a few pounds but nothing over board.
I don't really want to go vegan, but I know that if I cut out sugar (a large portion) bread, and rice I can be very successful with my lifestyle change.  Therefore, I have been trying to think of ways that I am not depriving myself but eating appropriately at the same time. Perhaps I can go from a large amount of sugar daily to weekend treats. I am certainly unsure of how I will eat...but I intend on having a plan prior to 6/11. If anyone out there has any suggestions please let me know...a raw food diet sounds good on some days and not so much on others..YIKES!!!
