Day 8

Hello:

Today was a long day.....My kids and I were traveling back home and it seemed as though I couldn't make it to the house fast enough. I had juice for breakfast and juice for lunch, but I didn't have any as I was traveling. By the time that I reached home at 7p, I was sooooo hungry. Needless to say I picked up some purchase and had a great juice for dinner. My legs are aching so badly tonight, my head is hurting slightly but my nails are really nagging me. I feel like my skin around my nails are pealing badly and my cuticles are achy...OUCH. I still have not used the bathroom yet and I am curious as to whether that's because my detox process was a little weaker than the first time. I am thinking weaker because I was on a fast thirty days ago, so perhaps I was not as full as the first time. I did not record today, because I was too exhausted..as you may imagine my energy level is SUPER low. I am hoping that tomorrow I can get back on my regular schedule and then I will be zipping around the house like crazy.  Wishing everyone a happy and healthy evening...PJ
