Juicing Woes-during day 10

Earlier I filmed my feelings and how I was in such a great place. As of now I feel as though someone has literally ran me over with a DUMP truck. My head is hurting, my mouth is dry, my legs are so tight and I am exhausted as all get out. However, I am committed to providing each detail of this experience. Therefore, prior to turning in tonight, I want it to be known that my day ten has been slightly difficult towards the later part of the evening. While I was riding home from church (less than two miles) I was already asleep in the car. Needless to say, I can feel my body working to heel itself...therefore I am going to call it a night and allow my body to work in peace. Goodnight world!!!
