Day 15, Part 1

Hi Everyone:

So my game plan today was to show you how my family is preparing to celebrate this Memorial Day Holiday. That consist of food food and more food. So the meal that my husband is preparing consist of BBQ Ribs, chicken, hot dogs and sausages. The other portions are macaroni and collard greens. While he was outside, I went out there to record the food but there wasn't anything on the grill as of yet. I sort of becamee jealous that they get to eat and I said the food was going to kill them. I guess that is somewhat true if they eat too much of it.

My belly is achy today, I had an amazing workout in the gym. I did thirty minutes on the elliptical and worked on my upper and lower body parts with weights. I also intend to go back later on this evening to maximize my benefit. I will be sure to share with you all about the experience if I in fact indulge. Juicing has extremely give me my confidence back. I may NOT be at my goal weight but I feel very good! Day 15 is going well so far~
