Day 6

Here I am feeling exhausted, dizzy, dehydrated, achy, my throat is hurting and I don't have a voice. As the lady mentioned on Fat, Sick and Nearly dead..."Whoever said this was going to be fun lied".  I am definitely feeling some symptoms of a body that is trying to heal itself.  Guess what?? Even my finger nails along with the skin around them are killing me. I just finished putting shea butter on my hands with hopes that it may eliminate some of the pain. The answer is NO...my nail beds are killing me..looking for a better day tomorrow. Night Night~
